The US, 09/02/2023: Lucas Kephart is a highly-skilled player development coach that has taken the world of baseball by storm with his innovative training programs and personalized approach to player development. . 

Lucas’ journey to success started early, as a varsity starter all four years on the high school baseball team and graduating with a 4.0 GPA. He received a scholarship to The University of Texas at Austin, where he was named Big 12 Newcomer of the week in April 2011. While at Texas, Lucas was part of a team that was ranked in the top 5 in the country and made it to the college world series, playing in the first NCAA National Championship tournament at Charles Schwab Field in Omaha.

From his background in education and experience as a coach, Kephart has combined his knowledge and expertise to help players of all ages reach their full potential and achieve greatness in the sport they love.

Kephart’s approach to player development starts with the mindset. Confidence and relaxation are key components to success in the box. Kephart analyzes each player’s equipment, mindset, technique, strength, and mobility. Whether it’s a mindset adjustment, a lighter bat, a stance adjustment, or improved overall physicality, Kephart focuses on helping players reach their full potential.

Lucas is eager to assist a handful of high-level high school, college, pro players, and MLB players in enhancing their hitting skills and strengthening their physical condition.
